Blue orb speeds up the current lewd meter and animation

Peach orb boosts the lewd meter by a flat amount

White orb resets the hunger meter

Black orb maxes the hunger meter

Enough orbs for ending: collect the first orb, drop down, collect the orb from right and go left into the cave.

Each orb collected makes the nightmare a bit faster

Secret ending: collect all 21 orbs and make him cum

Aaw yeah this one is a bit tough ahah. There’s the secret ending optimal route in the description if you get fed up and want to see the layout of the level.

Ahah sorry it’s so messy. Basically you drop down, go right, go up, jump all the way to the left, drop down, go right and wait for the ghost to pass over you, then go to upper right via the middle, drop down and finish the run going left into the tunnel.

Edit: Just noticed thats not optimal, there’s a better route, that’s just how I usually run

Added flashbang? Well, now I'm curious... Seems like a good enough excuse as any to try and get the secret ending.

Edit: Nope, still can't really manage it. OK, I have to know, what is the intended way of getting away from the Nightmare when you get cornered by her? Because there's at least two spots where you need to go into a dead end, and my strat of "shine the light on her and hope the light doesn't go out in time for me to get on a high spot and quickly jump over her, and also hope the light doesn't become too dim for me to see literally ANYTHING" seems quite inconsistent and unintended (and rather annoying given that last bit).

Aaw dang. Well the orignal idea was that you always keep running from the Nightmare, never backtracking and making laps around the platforms. There should be only one intentional dead end and thats the cave in the down left where you’re supposed to end the run. Flashlight slowing her was a suggestion so it’s kinda slappped in there in a patch but I kept the original gameplay intact pretty much. I think I playtested this too little or too much. Now that I tried it after a pause, it’s really tough to make more distance by running if the nightmare sees you even once. It seems I have a tendency to pad the playtime with difficulty withouth making a lot of content.

I’ll add the optimal run route to the hints section, the idea was that you play a bit to understand the layout and then end up with that route eventually. Thanks for giving it another shot, sorry it’s still so tedious.

Ah, I was seeing one part as a "dead end" since there's two ways to get in, but only one of them lets you get out. it's the spot above the long leftwards cave tunnel with the dropdown onto a small hill. if you come at it from below, what I was trying to do, you can't go out from the top. I guess I'm a bit stubborn, and I was kinda assuming the Nightmare's behavior was a simple "go directly towards you", since that's how it acts whenever it's visible to you, but it just following your path makes more sense to what I observed.  Given that, it's not actually a dead end. A hint somewhere in the game like "The nightmare follows where you once were, avoid nearing it at all costs. If one route doesn't work, try another." although perhaps phrased more gracefully, would help with that aspect.

I WILL beat this game someday, when I'm less incredibly busy.

Aaw crap you’re absolutely right about the dead end! Yeah definitely didn’t playtest enough ahah. No wait it is right? If you come from the right the only way out is the same way, don’t think I did that run once. Yeah I absolutely see it seems she always comes straight at you since you don’t see her moving, wanted her to feel like a bloodhound. A tip would help, I’ll add one if I some day update, meanwhile I’ll add that to the hints.

Hehee I’m glad it didn’t completely turn off ahah. Hope the secret ending doesn’t disappoint, just an illustration, but one guy they really liked it at least.

Ooh that’s wonderful to hear! Haven’t collaborated yet, kinda prefer running solo. But maybe some day. Or maybe I’ll finally muster the discipline for a larger project, I kinda lose steam easily. Got a couple of projects where I got some designs ready but haven’t started to code yet as I keep hopping to new projects. I really like jams, I actually get something released, even if they are smaller projects.

Im not super sure whether anyone else has done this yet or just me but i managed to beat it with 14/21 orbs and all i did was use the white orbs when it stuck its tongue out and was left with like 3 when i only started with 10

Yeah patched it so you can beat it just by dropping down, taking the orb on the right and going to the tunnel on the left. Just so if people don’t really care for the gameplay but wanna see the arts. There’s a secret ending if you gather all 21 though!

This is lovely, to say the least. I really love games with Futa/trans monster woman antagonist/enemy with a trans/femboy protagonist and it is really hard to find games that merely can fall under that description. I love the artstyle.

I like this game concept a lot, and I'd love to go for the 100% secret ending, but it just takes SO LONG to retry if you get caught, and it rarely feels like my fault when I get caught. It'd be a lot less painful if the load times weren't so long, or maybe if there was a reset button so you could just skip the "wait for the nightmare to approach me, then click the black orb in the scene" sequence before getting to the aforementioned load screen.

Oh damn you’re absolutely right. Not sure I can do anything about the load times, they don’t seem that bad on my systems. But the unskippable animation and going trough the scene definitely are too punishing. I’ll bind a quick reset to R. Thank you, really didn’t realize the animations would get annoying, but unskippable cutscenes are horrible when you’re trying to retry fast. Glad to hear feedback from you again, was kinda afraid I was rude in the voodoo game comments, really wasn’t feeling my best after the release.

I've just been busy, lol. No worries here... and honestly, I don't recall anything that could be considered rude. it was about as fun as the brainstorming session we had in the HypnoShooter comments that one time, at least as far as I remember.

No prob! They definitely aren't as ambitious as HypnoShooter or Voodoo2, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. This one in particular reminds me a lot of those old flash games (albeit partially not in a good way). It's hard to put my finger on why, but I think it's a combination of the art style, the minimal tutorials, and the "basic 2d platformer" gameplay (since that's one of the first things most people code).

I did find a couple bugs: When you start up a new round, there's a bit of lag on your button inputs. Like, I'll press right, and it'll only start going right a second later. Also, I'd suggest some sort of change to the nightmare's hunger meter: black on slightly-less-black background really blends in (to the point that I didn't even notice it was there my first playthrough.)

Aaw, the trick or treat game was a really quick stress free project but this I put a lot of effort in, shame the end result seems archaic. The animation I admit has a very old flash vibe, using bezier curves was a nightmare in godot so used regural animation which doesn’t automatically ease in and out. Funnily enough a scratch built platformer wouldn’t be the easiest project but game engines give excellent tools for making one and are indeed is usually the first project. Shame, I like platformers.

It’s intentional, just don’t think you noticed it before without the reset function. Honestly, the game wasn’t supposed to be played like a super meatboy, but I think not seeing the level makes it pretty hard. It’s difficult to balance since I can’t really playtest knowing the level beforehand. The jumping section was supposed to be this extra thing, and not the thing you go for in your first playtrough, having only one orb at the end. The meter visibility is a valid point but I’m keeping the colors, maybe could add a background for the meter though, would make it more visible.

Also sadge that the "interaction" are so short and limited

Thank you! Never was a big oc guy or a writer, but been getting into it. Yeah especially if I animate or draw the same character multiple times I leave the art pretty simple. And anatomy is hard ahah, I tend to leave stuff vague if I don’t have the confidence. Usually the endings are a bit more detailed though.

Really love the game and what you've done! But I still feel like its a tiny bit too hard, there are some sections in the game where the flash light basically does nothing and the monster just guns it for me and I barely have a moment to react! Maybe if you made a small game design where pressing the Left mouse button uses a flash and banishes the monster momentarily but maybe it takes a while for it to reload or you only have a few amount of flashes? The game just feels super punishing for things that weren't my fault and leads to a lot of frustration in me!

Hmm yeah the monster ignores the flashlight if its close enough, didn’t want people to be able to get too close to it, but it does make it pretty inconsistent, so maybe getting rid of that helps. I’d want to keep the game without UI so I don’t think I’d go the limited uses route. Maybe a flashbang that shows the whole screen for a second and stuns the monster, but you lose the flashlight completely untill it reloads. In the middle of other projects right now but I’ll see if I update, a flashbang could be a pretty fun mechanic. Thanks for the feedback!

Hmm you collect all 21 and win the minigame for the secret ending. The secret ending is just a replacement for end picture. It still shows the peachy cuddling picture in the end?

Hehe yeah I haven’t forgotten, it’s the main reason I went for the pose and animated the feet :P But you may have to wait for a bit more for a proper feetjob project. Thinking about a chastity project next and I think I want the feet project to be it’s own thing.

It's 99% impossible to avoid the monster, I would have said 100 but i see people managed somehow. I'll try again if the shadow gets an easier way to be avoided.

edit. nvm I've figured out how to beat it after a while. You hust have to rush things

Glad you liked! I’ve been really into cages but been wanting to animate a bottom getting hard for a change after seeing one really good animation. Maybe I’ll make a big dick femboy for the voodoo2 game if I someday get it done.

As I've shared before, cages are premium content imo lol. Though something different now and then is always nice too ^-^ I'll have to check out this new update soon to see all the new stuff~
EDIT: Took me a minute to find the path to get all orbs, but I thoroughly enjoyed the new animations as well as the somewhat unexpected secret ending ^-^ Great job as always~

You're welcome ^-^ Indeed I did, it was fun - I never encountered a platforming section like that before lol, barely being able to see the next spots to jump and with no clue how much further to go. I definitely think it was thematically fitting for being in a nightmare lol, same as the intended end "cave" where you can't escape no matter what, utterly cornered. It also makes the nightmare herself feel even more like a predatory creature hunting down her prey~ Nothing wrong with wanting that lol, and variety is the spice of life. At the same time I can't lie, I'd love to see cages in the next project lol. The inclusions in Reindeer Initiation, Stripknight, and Dressed for Sucsex were all great, and I can't help but want even more in the future ;3

Aah glad to hear the level design was alright! Made the game a bit easier with the flashlight change and all so I wanted to have some kind of challenge, glad it wasn’t too hard and made some sense thematically hehe. Yeah I initially had dead ends to make the player get some lead on the monster and then go for those but I think it was too obscure of a mechanic so ditched all but one. And I filled the cave with the hunger orbs so if someone doesn’t really care for the gameplay they can still see the animation and ending.

Remembered from your comment that its locktober next month hehe. So I’m thinking about making a bigger chastity project for the month. No promises, but I think I’m pretty motivated.

Alright, I can try to tone things down a bit when I update the extra animations, the level is gonna change a bit anyways since I need to add more orbs. Did you try taking the yellow orb first from the right? It should give you some lead on the nightmare to get the top right orb safely.

When you collect all three orbs, how do you control that animation? I dont get it. Is is arrow keys? Is it time? Is it arrow keys in the right time? I got three different animations and but i cant get to them again and that "happy" ending screen is very abrupt, was expecting more to happen before end.

Ah yeah it’s just click for forward. I ran out of steam hard so had to settle for just the 3 animations. The character is rigged for full hard-on too, so planned for a bit longer animation. I’ll update at least a couple of more animations once I recover from the crunch.

Edit: It doesn’t give all the animations even if you collect the 3 orbs again? If it doesn’t it’s a bug. But you have to collect them all again. Had a different system in mind for the end animation but had to cut corners to get something playble out in time.

Clicking  just skips animations for me. The fist time i tryed i was pressing all the buttons except clicking because it ends animation and i move forward by down arrow key, then sped up by right arrow key and then again by left arrow key while the other buttons didnt do anything so i got the idea there is minigame inside of that animation but i wasnt able to get the same result again and i dont know what was going on :D

Currently the animation is sped up depending how many orbs you found, only thing you should be able to do in the animation is left mouse to skip to the next animation. A minigame sounds pretty nice though, I’ll see if I can cook something up.

I keep losing as soon as I return from collecting the green sphere, nevermind collecting anything else.

I figured it out and it's a pretty tight squeeze but you can manage it. You need to head to top right for the green sphere, stalling as little as possible. Then, if you have the space, drop down to the middle (alternatively, if you don't have the space, you can attempt to jump over the shadow and drop down to the lower level) and head right again for the yellow sphere and drop down as soon as the shadow approach so it doesn't cut through the level and catch you. The head all the way to the left and grab the purple sphere. After that, just get caught and you win.

Aah tried to make the top one impossible to go for first, you’re so fast ahah. Intended for you to juke the nightmare at the yellow sphere and head for the top right one next.

The intended route was first go right for the yellow one, wait under the platform for the nightmare to pass over and sneak out and head for the top right one and finally drop down for the final sphere down left. But apparently there is an alternate route that collierider12 found.
