1.13 Bugs and tweaks

Small update

• fixed touch controls
• fixed z order on the splash
• added a juice meter
• exhibitionism ramps up in a curve now
• player is faster but trash is more punishing
• green pedestrian hitbox increased so you can cross in front of them to flash
• (maybe improved mobile performance a bit)
